Torben Weber

Torben Weber completed his Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Agriculture at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences, where he gained initial insights into ecological topics and developed a keen interest in nature conservation and landscape ecology. This passion led him to pursue a Master's degree in Landscape Ecology at the University of Hohenheim. During his studies, he gained experience in data collection, analysis, and mapping, particularly through hands-on modules and field excursions.

In his Master's thesis, he examined the effects of climatic conditions on maize plants, further improving his skills in statistical data analysis using R and working with GIS. With a strong foundation in agriculture and landscape ecology, Torben Weber aims to actively contribute to research in the fields of nature conservation and sustainable agriculture.
