The second research retreat of the interdisciplinary doctoral college HABIT took place from April 5-6, 2024 at the research station at Federsee in Bad Buchau.
The collegiates presented interim results of their doctoral projects. The program also included a workshop on the use of artificial intelligence for research, as well as an exchange on organization and collaboration within the Graduate School. There were also stimulating discussions on the topic of publishing and predatory journals and brainstorming for a joint publication. The program was accompanied by walks along Lake Federsee, an early morning birdwatching session, and an excursion to the “shaking forest”.
